Privacy policy

CDClick on demand is a Shopify app that sends paid order data to CDClick so discs and related products can be manufactured and shipped.

Data we process

For each paid order that includes a CDClick SKU we store the Shopify shop domain, the Shopify order identifier, the CDClick order identifier, and the shipping payload required by CDClick: name, street address, city, province, postal code, country, phone number, and email address.

Why we process it

The data is used only to create the fulfillment order in CDClick, keep the Shopify order in sync, and show status and tracking to the merchant.

Who receives the data

Shipping and item data is sent to CDClick (wall.cdclick-europe.com) using the API key supplied by the merchant. We do not sell customer data.

Retention

Order logs are kept while the app is installed. Uninstall and Shopify GDPR webhooks delete or redact the shop data we store.

Contact

Merchants can request deletion by uninstalling the app or by contacting the app developer through the Shopify App Store listing.
